If your order involves us submitting documents to a government agency, you can request a refund by calling, chatting or emailing us within 30 days of purchase, provided that the order has not been submitted. Once the documents are submitted, refunds are not available. For orders that bundle multiple products, no part of the order is refundable if any product has been submitted to a government agency.

Subscription Services:

You can request a refund for your subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase by calling or emailing us, unless one of the specific conditions below applies. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for subscription services.

Refunds do not cover third-party processing fees, including payments to our service partners. Additionally, filing fees are non-refundable once your paperwork has been submitted to the government.
